Both parties must agree to consult The Final Authority. By submitting, you agree to accept the determination as final. There is no appeal.

Before submitting: The determination will be final. You will receive it. The other party will receive it. You have both agreed that this is the answer. Once issued, neither party may reopen the question on the basis that they disagree with the determination. Disagreement is noted. It is not grounds for reconsideration.
